Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist, located in South Delhi. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling guest reservations, attending to inquiries via phone and email, and providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Additional tasks include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
• Experience with receptionist duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Proficiency in managing reservations and booking systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with hotel management software
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory
