Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and provide strategic direction. You will be responsible for supervising an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business. Your responsibilities will include supervising work at all levels, setting clear objectives, planning activities, and allocating responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model. Additionally, you will manage budgets and expenses, analyze financial information, and monitor sales and profits. Developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services will also be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to communicate with customers as needed, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, and offer relevant information. Handling maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and overseeing renovations will also fall under your purview. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a relevant role, fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus), and a solid understanding of hotel management best practices, laws, and guidelines. Exceptional customer service skills, a business mindset, strong decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be reliable, able to multitask, work well under pressure, possess outstanding leadership skills, and have great attention to detail. This is a full-time position located in Kochi, and the work will be conducted in person.,
