We are hiring a Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our 4-star hotel.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel and bar industry
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and staff management
Ability to lead and motivate a team across departments
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage staff across all departments and maintain service standards
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues
Monitor budgets, expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies
Work with management to plan sales, marketing, and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations
