Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role, located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, overseeing food and beverage services, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and monitoring financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills and experience in Receptionist Duties
• Proficient in Budgeting and Sales
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in hotel management is a plus
