Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Management Faculty member at IIHM, located in Siliguri for the following subjects.

• Food and Beverage Service -

  1 Position

• Cookery and Bakery -

  - 1 Position

• Management and Finance -

  - 1 Position

• IT and Digital Marketing. -

  - 1 Position

The role involves teaching above subjects, preparing curriculum, and delivering lectures. Faculty members are also responsible for mentoring students, facilitating practical training sessions, assessing student performance, and contributing to academic research. Additionally, they participate in industry outreach programs and collaborate with international academic partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Customer Service and Receptionist Duties
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales
• Expertise in Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
