Hotel Contracting

We are looking for Hotel contracting candidates to join our organisation

Responsible for developing and establishing the best supplier relationships in the industry.

You will be required to lead all supplier contract negotiations to ensure the very best purchase rates are obtained.

Develop and implement a strategy to maximize all yield and revenue opportunities.

Identify and negotiate partners deals that lead to improved commercial performance

Negotiation with Hotels for best Rates, arrange Surface Transport, Hotel Bookings and develop new vendors for these.

Managing operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.

Liaison with international third-party vendors, including but not limited to, hotels, onsite vendors, airlines, internal support teams etc.

Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Experience of 2 years of which min 1 yrs should have been as Contracting Manager within the Travel and Tourism Industry

2. High-level understanding of operational and logistical tactics

3. Extensive knowledge of country history, local culture, tradition as well as other facts.

4. Good knowledge of destinations, suppliers & hotels.

5. Personal DMC contacts and experience in DMC and hotel contracting for the best rates.

6. Should have extensive network and contacts in the travel industry that will help us expand further.

7. Financial awareness including business acumen and profit awareness

8. Enthusiastic with excellent Communication Skills.

9. Confident and has good ability to interact with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
