* Lead and manage a diverse team, handling hiring, training, and scheduling.* Strategically optimize the dining capacity for a seamless guest experience.* Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.* Implement effective inventory management strategies for cost control.* Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and positive ambiance.* Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue.* Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies for a large customer base.* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.* Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.* Oversee and coordinate large-scale events, parties, and special dining experiences.* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.* Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored promotions and strategies.* Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial reports for informed decisions.* Stay informed about industry trends and adapt operations to changing customer preferences
