Hostess/Waitress/ GRE( Only Female)

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience. Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient guest flow in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using reservation software or a manual log.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest seating.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with managing the waitlist and providing wait times when necessary.
• Answer phone calls related to reservations, directions, or general inquiries.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and appreciated throughout their visit.
• Adhere to restaurant policies and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
• Basic computer and reservation system skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
