Hostess

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage waiting lists and reservations using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and table turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, and entrance.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, hours, and menu items.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a manager when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu, specials, and events.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the hostess station at the beginning and end of each shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
