Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess Server located in New Delhi. The Hostess Server will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, providing exceptional customer service, supporting team members, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Daily tasks include managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen and serving staff to provide seamless service, and handling guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities
• Strong Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
