Hostess

We are looking for a professional and friendly Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The hostess will create a warm and welcoming dining experience by managing reservations, seating, and guest interactions in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a smile and professional attitude. Manage table reservations, guest lists, and walk-ins efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and hand over menus. Coordinate with captains/servers to ensure smooth guest seating and service. Provide accurate wait-time estimates during busy hours. Answer guest queries politely regarding menu, restaurant facilities, or ongoing offers. Ensure the front desk/reception and restaurant entry area remain neat, clean, and inviting. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold restaurant hospitality standards.
