Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to welcome guests and manage front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will create a warm first impression, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely seating
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
• Answer phone calls and manage basic front-desk communication
• Follow company service standards and hospitality etiquette

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy hours
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience

• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
