About the Role:
We are seeking responsible and caring experienced Hostel Wardens (Male & Female) to manage and supervise student hostels. The warden will be in charge of student welfare, discipline, and smooth daily operations of the residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of hostel students
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and order in the hostel premises
• Be available on campus during night hours for supervision and emergencies
• Attend to students’ issues and coordinate with school authorities and parents
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff
• Keep records of attendance, movements, and incidents
• Organize recreational and wellness activities for students
• Ensure medical needs and emergencies are promptly addressed

Requirements:

• Graduate with minimum 2–3 years of experience in a residential school/hostel environment
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and interpersonal skills
• Must be physically fit and willing to stay on campus full-time
• Preference given to candidates with experience in handling teenagers and young students
