The Hostel Warden will be responsible for supervising and managing hostel facilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, enforcing rules and regulations, maintaining discipline, and overseeing hostel maintenance. The role also involves addressing concerns or grievances from residents promptly and fostering a supportive and harmonious living environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff. Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily hostel operations and address issues promptly and appropriately. Ability to enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a fair and respectful approach. Knowledge of basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management. Prior experience in hostel management, or a related field, is advantageous. Basic first-aid knowledge is highly desirable. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is recommended.
