Hostel Warden (Ex-Army Personnel)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined Hostel Warden for our male hostel, responsible for managing hostel working staff and laborers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintaining order, discipline, and a secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hostel working staff and laborers.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the hostel premises.
• Coordinate with management regarding hostel operations.
• Handle day-to-day issues and ensure smooth running of hostel facilities.

Requirements:

• Ex-Army personnel with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle staff and workers efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Physical fitness and readiness for on-site duties
