Position: Hostel Site & Facility Supervisor

About the Role:

American Eduglobal School is seeking a dedicated Hostel Site & Facility Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the hostel premises - including any remaining construction work, ongoing renovation, and final facility setup. The ideal candidate will ensure that every stage of work is executed as per civil and architectural drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all construction, renovation, and facility setup activities within the hostel premises.

- Ensure work aligns with approved civil and architectural drawings and overall site layout.

- Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.

- Oversee finishing work such as flooring, painting, furniture installation, and utilities setup.

- Monitor quality, safety, and timelines for all site-related activities.

- Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower attendance, and material usage records.

- Assist management in procurement coordination and facility planning.

- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to the school management.

- Ensure the hostel building is fully prepared and operational for occupancy upon completion.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Facility Management (preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, renovation, or facility maintenance (institutional project experience preferred).

- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability on site.
