Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostel Community Manager located in Jaipur. The Hostel Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests, managing daily hostel operations, organizing events, and engaging with guests to foster a sense of community. Additional duties include handling reservations, managing hostel staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality management
• Knowledge of hostel operations and event planning
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
