Hospitality Trainer

As a Hospitality Trainer for a school campus in Betul and Multai, Madhya Pradesh, your role will involve training the Housekeeping and Security teams to uphold school standards in grooming, discipline, behavior, and cleanliness. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting training sessions once or twice a month. - Checking daily housekeeping and security practices and providing suggestions for improvements. - Teaching basic communication, hygiene, and discipline. - Assisting in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment. - Sharing short reports after each visit to document progress and areas for further development. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Facility Training. - Previous experience in training housekeeping or security staff. - Residing in Madhya Pradesh and willing to travel. - Possessing qualities of politeness, practicality, and effective communication.
