Hospitality Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions on hospitality operations, F&B services, front office management, and guest relations. Providing practical demonstrations and simulations of hotel operations will be a key part of your role. You will also train students on Fidelio and evaluate their performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Sharing real-world industry experiences to enhance classroom learning and maintaining high training quality and professionalism at all times will be crucial. Collaboration with academic and placement teams to support student career development is also expected. Qualification Required: - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality field. - Experience in training or teaching within the hospitality sector will be an added advantage. - Familiarity with aviation and customer service training modules preferred.,
