Hospitality Project Coordinator-FRESHER

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Project Coordinator-FRESHER located in Jaipur. The Hospitality Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing hospitality projects, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with local service providers, assist with social projects and translation in the projects like slums, schools, hospitals, addressing participant inquiries, and assisting with project planning and execution. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges. On weekends there are also tours to Pushkar and Agra so the coordinator should be flexible to travel as paid working days.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Previous experience in hospitality or related roles is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur
