Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Relationship Manager located in Chandigarh. The Hospital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with network hospitals, ensuring quality customer service, overseeing practice and hospital management duties, and handling budgeting tasks. The role involves daily communication with healthcare providers and customers to ensure smooth operations and efficiency in the delivery of health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Practice Management and Hospital Management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's Degree BAMS BHMS BDS
• Prior experience in health insurance or healthcare industry is a plus.
