Hospital Renovation Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee hospital renovation projects, ensuring that all works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for hospital renovation projects.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety and hospital regulatory standards.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, quality of work and adherence to timelines.
• Identify, report, and resolve technical or site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily site reports, progress updates and compliance records.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Support project managers in preparing progress reports and attending site meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing renovation projects, preferably in healthcare or commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
