Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
• Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with doctors and departments.
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain patient records and update the database regularly.
• Handle billing, payment collection, and documentation as per hospital policy.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred: Hospitality or Healthcare background).
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare front office operations.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Software).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Customer service-oriented and presentable.
