Role Description

The Hospital Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing policies, overseeing patient care services, handling budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management and hospital operations
• Skills in staff management, policy implementation, and patient care services
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a multi-specialty hospital environment is a plus
