You will be joining a leading regenerative medicine and orthopedic clinic under Movva Healthcare, committed to providing non-surgical, stem-cell-based treatments for sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic joint conditions. Our focus is on integrating advanced regenerative therapies with individualized care to assist patients in achieving peak performance. As a Hospital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the marketing and outreach strategies for our orthopedic and sports medicine services. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic marketing plans in line with the clinic's growth objectives, promoting key services to targeted patient segments, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and YouTube. Building strong referral relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and sports clubs will be crucial, along with organizing patient education programs, wellness camps, webinars, and fitness outreach events. You will also be tasked with overseeing clinic branding, content creation, and online reputation management while collaborating with internal clinical teams to showcase treatment success stories and testimonials. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, coupled with 3-6 years of experience in hospital/clinic marketing. Proficiency in digital lead generation, managing paid campaigns, and excellent communication and networking skills are essential for effective referral-building and patient engagement. Experience in sports rehab/regenerative medicine marketing, an existing network of orthopedic doctors or sports clinics, and fluency in English and local languages (Hindi as needed) are desirable qualifications.
