Responsibilities:

• Oversee insurance desk and claims process (cashless & reimbursement).
• Liaise with TPAs, insurance companies, and government health schemes.
• Verify pre-authorization requests, discharge summaries, and bills.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and hospital policies.
• Lead and train the insurance team for efficient claim management.
• Prepare MIS reports and track claim settlements.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Insurance.
• 7+ years of hospital insurance experience (3+ years in leadership preferred).
• Strong knowledge of TPAs, health insurance, and government schemes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
