Hospital Administrator

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital
• Plan, manage, and execute the hospital’s healthcare services
• Ensure the hospital complies with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
• Create and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care services
• Prepare and monitor budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial sustainability
• Coordinate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high quality patient care
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and retention strategies for hospital staff
• Handle patient complaints and address any issues that may arise
• Manage the hospital’s record-keeping system and ensure the confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborate with the board of directors or other governing bodies to strategize and make decisions about the direction of the hospital
• Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and advancements
• Proven work experience as a Hospital Administrator, Healthcare Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
• Familiarity with administrative procedures in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and medical ethics
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
