Job Responsibilities

• Staff supervision:
• The administrator oversees the training, and supervision of non-Teaching staff, including administrative personnel, receptionists, and support staff
• Scheduling and coordination: They coordinate staff and student schedules to ensure adequate staffing across various dental departments
• Regulatory compliance: This is a crucial responsibility, which includes ensuring the facility and its procedures comply with all government regulations, and maintain accreditation standards.
