Job Description – Hospital Admin

Location: Dr. Aravind’s IVF & Fertility Centre

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring smooth patient services.
• Manage front office, reception, and patient flow from registration to discharge.
• Supervise staff schedules, duty rosters, and HR coordination.
• Monitor billing, accounts, and revenue handling.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for effective patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling the revenue of the hospital.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve operations goals

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
• 0-3 years experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
• Strong knowledge of hospital workflows, billing systems, and patient care processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with prior hospital admin experience.
• preferred (as per some hospital requirements), though the role is open to all qualified applicants.
