Horticulturist

Job Summary:

Uniliv, a premium PG and co-living brand, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Horticulturist to manage the upkeep and development of green spaces across its properties in Delhi. The role involves plant care, landscape maintenance, seasonal planning, and supervision of gardening staff to ensure a clean, vibrant, and eco-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop lawns, potted plants, gardens, and vertical green spaces.
• Prepare and implement seasonal planting, pruning, and fertilization schedules.
• Identify and treat plant diseases and pests using approved, safe methods.
• Ensure proper watering, irrigation system maintenance, and plant health monitoring.
• Supervise gardeners and coordinate with vendors for supplies and materials.
• Assist with landscape setup at new Uniliv properties or green enhancement projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and plant health logs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of native and ornamental plants, pests, soil types, and fertilizers.
• Experience in team supervision and landscape management.
• Physically fit, reliable, and passionate about greenery and eco-friendly practices.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
