We are looking for a Horticulture Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning, development, and maintenance of gardens, landscapes, and eco-friendly green areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain sustainable gardens and landscapes

• Select suitable plant species based on soil and climate conditions

• Monitor plant health, manage pests, diseases, and nutrition needs

• Supervise gardening teams and ensure best horticultural practices

• Conduct soil testing and recommend improvements

• Manage procurement of plants, tools, and horticultural supplies

• Provide expert advice for new horticultural & landscaping projects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil management & pest control

• Familiarity with irrigation systems and sustainable practices

• Excellent observation, problem-solving & leadership skills
