This full-time hybrid role involves teaching students at their homes or online , offering career guidance , and conducting educational activities that support academic and personal growth. Location: Satna, Madhya Pradesh Mode: Hybrid (Offline + Online teaching) Job Type: Full-Time ✅ Responsibilities: Provide personalized 1-on-1 learning support (home or online). Adapt lessons based on student learning styles and academic needs. Offer guidance to help students identify interests and strengths. Plan and conduct engaging educational and co-curricular activities. Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Prior tutoring or mentoring experience preferred. Strong subject knowledge in school-level topics (Grades 1–12). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and motivate students. Patience, empathy, and a student-first mindset. Comfortable using laptops/smartphones for online sessions.
