Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT.
Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders.
Liaising with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them.
Opening up new business avenues new cities and segments.
Hiring and team building
MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
5+ years of experience in the Home Loans industry, as a DSA or with large and reputed lenders (banks / HFCs).
2+ years of experience in managing ground teams of 5+ resources through levels of team leads.
