What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the HL/LAP division for your region.
• Build, motivate & drive a high-performing sales and distribution team.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, NBFCs, and builder channels.
• Develop business strategies and frameworks for effective growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (RMs, CSMs, KAMs) for smooth business delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in

  Home Loans / LAP / Mortgages

  (Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions).
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management and local market knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & client servicing skills.
• High-energy professional with a growth mindset and passion for technology-driven finance.
