Home Connect Master Supervisor A & B

As a Sales and Distribution professional in Tiruppur, your role will involve driving home connect and care operations in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for sourcing and training technicians from target colleges, conducting classroom and on-the-job trainings for them, as well as mentoring and guiding them to enhance productivity. Ensuring zero defect execution of home connect activities and driving installation and fault repair related SLA will be crucial. Moreover, you will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to company-defined processes and SLAs.
