Job Summary

The Home Appliances Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing home appliances that best meet their needs. The role involves product demonstration, explaining features and benefits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home appliances
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and warranty details clearly
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, schemes, and new product launches
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle billing-related queries
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement of appliances
• Coordinate with the inventory and service team for stock availability and deliveries
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales support queries effectively
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or electronics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with good convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines
• Ability to work in shifts, on weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
