Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Holiday Packages Sales and Operation executive. In this role, you will design and customize holiday travel packages, manage and process customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting detailed consultations to understand travel preferences, and coordinating with hotel and travel partners to meet customer requirements. You will also support sales planning, manage holiday bookings, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and provide excellent support.
• Sales and Sales Management expertise, including a proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets and negotiating with partners.
• Training and organizational abilities to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to team success.
• Knowledge of international travel destinations and expertise in designing travel itineraries tailored to customer needs is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for travel operations and booking management is advantageous.
