Job Overview
We are hiring an Outbound Sales Executive with strong B2B travel and DMC sales knowledge to handle domestic & international destination operations, build client networks, and drive outbound business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and convert new outbound B2B travel sales leads
Build, manage & grow relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
Work with various DMCs for costing, itinerary planning, and execution
Meet sales targets & support revenue growth across destinations
Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and presentations to agencies
Coordinate with internal operations & customer service teams
Maintain sales reports and CRM records
Attend industry events/travel trade meets as required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B travel sales
Prior DMC experience is mandatory (Domestic & International)
Strong communication, negotiation & client relationship skills
Must be willing to relocate or travel to Hyderabad
Ability to work independently with a target-driven attitude
Education:
Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Business, or Marketing preferred
