Holiday Consultant

We are looking for a passionate Holiday Consultant who can help clients plan and book their dream holidays. From advising on destinations to customizing itineraries, you’ll be the go-to travel expert making journeys smoother and more exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Customize itineraries as per the traveler’s budget, interests, and travel style.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through prompt follow-up and strong product knowledge.
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport) for availability and bookings.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa processes, and seasonal offers.
• Provide post-sale support including travel documents, follow-ups, and customer service.
• Maintain CRM records and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication (English & Hindi); knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of popular destinations like Bali, Dubai, Europe, Singapore, etc.
• Prior experience with B2C travel sales or agency operations preferred.
• Familiarity with booking portals (Amadeus, Travel Boutique, etc.) is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries with patience and enthusiasm.
• Self-driven, sales-oriented, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
