Holiday Advisor

You will be working as a Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul) or (Short Haul) for a travel organization in Jaipur and Gurugram. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell customized travel packages, manage bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Holiday Sales Advisor, you will be required to connect with customers to understand their holiday requirements for either Long Haul Destinations (such as Europe, Nordic Region, Australia, and New Zealand) or Short Haul Destinations (like Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam). Based on these requirements, you will need to design a customized itinerary to meet the customer's needs. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to convince customers effectively and consistently achieve your sales targets. It will also be essential for you to proactively identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Additionally, you will be representing the company's values while interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, and Supply will be crucial to achieving the organizational goals. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a degree in UG/Graduate/PG in Tourism.
