Holiday Advisor

As a Holiday Advisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, customizing itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages. - Customize itineraries based on client preferences and budget. - Provide detailed information on destinations, sightseeing options, transfers, visas, and other services. - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. - Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and service providers to confirm bookings. - Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction. - Upsell additional travel products and services. - Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and tourism developments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of domestic and international destinations. - Ability to design itineraries and handle end-to-end bookings. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (GDS, CRM, or any travel platform). - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
