Holiday Package Expert

Key Responsibilities

1. Package Design & Customisation

• Create customized holiday itineraries based on client needs, interests, timelines, and budgets.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences.
• Build end-to-end travel plans including transport, accommodation, sightseeing, insurance, and add-ons.

2. Sales & Client Handling

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or walk-ins.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, seasonality, visas, and travel requirements.
• Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication and solution-oriented service.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

3. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors.
• Negotiate competitive rates and maintain updated knowledge of market offerings.
• Ensure seamless execution of all on-ground services.

4. Documentation & Operations

• Manage booking confirmations, invoices, vouchers, and itineraries.
• Assist customers with visa documentation, travel insurance, and other formalities.
• Track payment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.

5. Customer Support

• Provide pre-travel, on-trip, and post-travel assistance.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and travel changes professionally.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in travel planning or holiday package sales.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations (e.g., Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, Maldives).
• Experience with GDS/booking platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Travel CRM preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
