As the incumbent of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function. Your primary objective will be to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business objectives. Your role holds increasing significance in the current competitive and evolving workforce dynamics. You will play a crucial part in organizational change management, guiding the company through transformations, and assisting in navigating challenges related to workforce management. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that actively support the business objectives. Leading various initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and talent development will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is imperative that you ensure the business attracts and retains top talent. Managing HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as addressing employee grievances, will also fall under your purview. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The benefits offered include health insurance and paid sick time. Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required for this role.
