Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Setting & deployment of targets for Domestic markets (all 6 zones)
2. Facilitate means planning & deployment of means.
3. Track & analyse progress of the targets & means deployed.
4. Establish periodic review cadence at HO level.
5. Conduct periodic PDCA on target image adequecy (Target + Means)
6. Capturing & horizontal deployment of Best Practices across the business
7. Diagnose & generate insights on chronic non achievement areas
8. Anticipate results & initiate actions for mitigation
9. Collect & analyse periodical information on external factors ( competion, growth drivers, industry, etc.)
10. Identify gaps in dealer sales processes and propose solutions do close the gaps.
11. Improving the lead time for customer complaint closures
12. Forecasting industry & retail trends inorder to achieve market share goals.
