Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the dedicated point of contact for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing personalized services in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across equities, derivatives, MFs, and wealth products.
Generate
referrals
from satisfied HNI clients and convert them into new business opportunities.
Handle portfolio reviews, trading-related assistance, and investment advisory coordination.
Ensure best-in-class client servicing with quick resolution of escalations.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Product Teams to maximize client wallet share.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
Proven experience in client servicing with revenue/KPI targets (BFSI/Wealth Management/Broking preferred).
Sound understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Strong relationship management and networking ability.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and referrals.

Performance Metrics:

Revenue contribution from HNI clients.
Number of client referrals generated.
Client satisfaction and retention rate.
