HNI Client Relationship Manager

As an Outdoor Sales Manager for Luxury Jewellery focusing on HNI Clientele in Hyderabad, your role is crucial in driving direct sales for a prestigious luxury jewellery brand. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the exclusive clientele base by utilizing your strong network among high-net-worth individuals through personalized relationship-building, home visits, and private showings. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and onboarding HNI clients, including prominent figures like celebrities, industrialists, politicians, and high-ranking bureaucrats. You will conduct outdoor and home visits to present jewellery collections in a discreet and curated manner, leveraging your contacts in luxury wedding, hospitality, and event management sectors to generate high-value leads. Collaboration with in-store and marketing teams will be essential to plan client-specific activations and private viewing events. Providing exceptional client service, understanding luxury preferences, heritage design, and bespoke jewellery will be vital in nurturing long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 4-7 years of experience in outdoor/relationship sales, particularly within the HNI/UHNWI segments. A background in luxury hotels, luxury event planning, banquets, premium gifting, or wedding consulting is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, a well-developed network among high-profile individuals and families in Hyderabad or neighboring regions, and the ability to work independently to meet revenue targets are essential. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred. If you have prior experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion/lifestyle products, and the ability to curate personalized sales experiences while understanding ultra-luxury buying behavior, it would be considered advantageous for this role.
