The first Antara community was launched in April 2017 near Dehradun, Uttarakhand with 190 apartments spread over 14 acres of land. After our first one-of-its-kind, independent residential community at Dehradun and another at Noida, Sector-150. We are set to scale up further and carry forward the Max Group legacy of holistic care solutions with the launch of Antara Care Homes and Antara Care at Home services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Care Coordination & Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for the VIP patient and family for all service-related communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule visits of doctors, nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all required medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain continuity of care as per the care plan prescribed by the treating physician.

2. Service Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits of nursing and caregiving services to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Address and resolve patient or family concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all communications and documentation.

3. Team Management

  • Supervise and guide the assigned clinical and support staff team (nurses, caregivers, housekeeping).
  • Ensure staff punctuality, grooming, and conduct meet VIP service standards.
  • Coordinate replacement and roster management in case of staff absence.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, clinical notes, and incident reports.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to the operations and medical team.
  • Track and report service performance metrics for quality review.

5. Client Experience & Hospitality

  • Ensure a high level of service experience, comfort, and privacy for the VIP patient and family.
  • Facilitate coordination of ancillary services (dietician, lab tests, ambulance, pharmacy, etc.) as required.
  • Support non-clinical needs when requested, ensuring an overall concierge experience.
