Hiring UAE Nationals - Legal admin

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Documentation & Record Management

• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports.
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases (both electronic and physical).
• Ensure accurate filing and timely retrieval of legal documents.
• Manage document execution and notarization as required.

2. Contract & Compliance Support

• Assist in reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, NDAs, and amendments.
• Maintain a contract management system and ensure timely renewals and expirations.
• Support compliance activities such as company license renewals, government filings, and regulatory updates.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary documents for compliance reviews.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external counsel, and government entities.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

4. Research & Administrative Support

• Conduct basic legal or regulatory research as requested.
• Assist with audit preparation and support documentation.
• Handle office administration tasks such as invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and expense tracking for the legal department.
