Hiring Telesales Executive_CSMT
1. Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries regarding foreign exchange, forex cards, remittances, and travel-related services.
2. Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales by identifying customer needs and offering the right solutions.
1. Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate new business and upsell/cross-sell forex services.
2. Follow up on leads, prospects, and previous inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
