Able to identify Lab Report & Interpret medical document. Pharmacology background will help Previous customer service experience in a medical setting preferred Medical terminology experience preferred Must be able to interpret medical documents Must be able to interpret patient history as per the document Analytical skills to search patient records Experience Min 2 years of Team Management Technical Competencies: (Job related) Good Process Knowledge Good Command over Excel, Word, Power Point (Knowledge of MS-Office) Candidate should have good communication skills, motivating skills, able to cope with high pressure, and should have good knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
